K-9 Agent Bulder Memorial Dog Splash Park at Pavo Real Enhanced Spray Park is a place for pups to play off-leash and stay cool during the summer in El Paso, TX. The park is fenced-in and has a fire hydrant-shaped water feature. Fido must be kept on a leash outside the gates, and owners must remove any harness, spike, pinch, prong, or chain collar from their dog before letting them loose to romp in the water.
