    Defiance Reservoir is a dog-friendly spot in Defiance, OH, with several trails to explore. You and Fido are welcome to walk along The Reservoir Nature Trail, a multi-use trail extending from the Defiance Reservoir parking lot through a natural wooded area. This trail connects to the ‘lower’ pathway around the municipal reservoir and offers opportunities for bird watching and quiet walks through nature. The ‘upper’ trail is a 1-1/4 mile stone walkway around the top of the reservoir that provides unobstructed views of the reservoir. Visit Website

      There is no designated dog beach at Defiance Reservoir. Dogs are welcome on the trails around the reservoir (on leash), but there’s no official beach or swimming area specifically for furry friends.
