Defiance Reservoir
Defiance Reservoir is a dog-friendly spot in Defiance, OH, with several trails to explore. You and Fido are welcome to walk along The Reservoir Nature Trail, a multi-use trail extending from the Defiance Reservoir parking lot through a natural wooded area. This trail connects to the ‘lower’ pathway around the municipal reservoir and offers opportunities for bird watching and quiet walks through nature. The ‘upper’ trail is a 1-1/4 mile stone walkway around the top of the reservoir that provides unobstructed views of the reservoir.

Roughly a 2 mile loop at street level, asphalt for 1.5 miles, and a half mile wood boardwalk through trees. Dispensers for poop bags, two parking lots, disc golf course, pavilion, and a stone walking path around the top of reservoir. Note: address in listing is wrong. Correct: 1261 Precision, Defiance. Bring your own water for the pup.
