Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway
Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, a Lake District icon, is pet-friendly. During the forty minute ride, you'll journey from Ravenglass, through the nature reserves of the estuary, and ascend through ancient woodlands toward the foothills of England’s highest mountains, ending in Dalegarth. Leashed dogs are welcome to travel on the railway for a small charge. Dogs are allowed in some buildings, but certain events are off limits, so guests should check the Railway's event page for more details. There are water bowls on either end of the line and pups receive a welcome pack.
