    Buena Vista Dog Park

    Bring Fido to romp off-leash at the Buena Vista Dog Park. This area brands itself as great for ball throwing, walking and playing with multiple dogs. It is not fenced, although it does feature gravel and paved paths, water access, and snow removal on parking lots and its bike path. Dogs should be leashed during hot air balloon launches and must be cleaned up after and licensed. Owners should have voice control of their pet and have a leash on hand. The park is open daily from 5am to 11pm. Visit Website

      Great for summer swims

      We visited Edmonton during a crazy heat wave and were really grateful when we came across this park with some water access to cool down our pup. The field area was also really spacious so had it been cooler, would have been great for fetch. Will revisit for sure!

      Great area, very clean & spacious

      great area for your dogs to socialize & roam! very clean dog owners are very responsible. not fenced. does have washrooms & a great public message board. gorgeous scenery. my favourite spot.

      Best Edmonton Dog Park

      I live the trail along the river. My dog lives for swimming and this park has the best swimming. Lots of trails to get lost in the forest and a big open field for puppy play!
