This park was perfect for a quick stop on a long road trip. Nobody else was there during our lunch stop. Small dog area is grassy and has no water, while the big dog enclosure has water but is all gravel. Trees are planted so every year the lack of shade should decrease.

Nicely grassed small dog area, large gravel big dog area. Water fountain and poop bags in park. nice stopover on a road trip. playground nearby for the kiddos.

After a long truck ride, my fellow GSD and I were happy to run amok here! It was dusk so there were no other dogs...good thing because we like to have our own space. There is lots of room available to create a small dog area-maybe a good idea for the future. No water fountain, but we brought our own, so NBD. Lots of space for our humans to use the Chuck-it, cuz we needed the exercise! Toodles!
- SueMore than a year agoGood park, nice views
This park is only a year or so old (in 2018) and things may change, but so far it is a good start. The fenced area is grass, but in the Spring be prepared for mud. The shade structure is minimal, and the lack of benches, water, and restrooms make it a very basic setup. When we really want to have fun (and swim!) we drive to the Willow Creek Dog Park in Park City, but this Heber City Park is close to home and gets the job done. It is not very busy - if you are looking for lots of action I hear that right after 5pm is promising. This is part of Muirfield Park, but is not mentioned on the Heber City Web site. Don’t let that deter you - it really does exist!
