25lbs Pitbull pups are not small dogs!

Keep the big dogs out of the small dog area! My chihuahua gets intimidated by anything over 10 lb! It's unfair that my Chihuahua should have to hide and cower when ignorant people are bringing 25 lb Pitbull pops, Rottweiler and other big puppies into the small dog area. I've seen 40lb Collies, Blue heelers and other big dogs in there as well when they have no right to be there whatsoever, as they can step on and hurt a 5lb Chihuahua. Ignorant people will do what ignorant people do, just don't do it there. Also, coyotes can easily jump the 4-ft fence that they have surrounding the dog park, in all areas including the small dog area. Coyotes are common in this area, they come in via the CN line.

    Huge fenced park

We were pleasantly surprised by how large the park is! There were tons of dogs and space so he was able to socialize and also play some fetch.

    Our favorite park.

This is our go-to park for our GSD. The whole thing is fenced in and each entrance into the park has two gates to prevent any accidental escapes. There's a secondary fenced-in area for small dogs. Picnic tables are scattered throughout the grounds and usually have containers for water nearby. Sadly, there are no water sources available. Most of the area is wide open but there are a few small wooded spots and a hill in one section. Great park for walking or ball-throwing. Bring boots for yourself and a towel for your dog during the Spring melt or after heavy rains. Parts of the park can get pretty swampy.

    Great indoor area

I really like the fact that it has its own area for little/shy dogs and a huge area for the bigger dogs! It’s super close to my house so I go everyday!
