- Fred & JulieSep 15, 2024Great tour!
We had never attended a ghost walk before and weren't sure what to expect. It was so much fun. Our guide told great stories and interacted very well with our group. She was very friendly with not just the human guests, but our dog as well. We highly recommend the ghost walk.

loved doing the ghost tour with my dogs. the tour guides were very excited to have them along. I probably would not have done this tour if I didnt have my dogs and im so happy that I did! just beware that if you have jumpy pups or more timid ones bring some pocket treats to distract them from the other characters/ tours moving around!
- JenniferFeb 19, 2023Great evening activity with my pup!
Traveling through Williamsburg with my boy (1-1/2 yr) we decided to do the tour, and it was a great evening activity. Our guide was great and very informative, softer spoken than the other guide for the evening (which my pup liked better). A really nice tour with some great stories about the history of Williamsburg.
- AmandaNov 6, 2021Great Tour and Dog Loved It
We took the extended tour. I really didn’t care about the ghost part and was more interested in just the history and this was a perfect balance. Clearly the ghost stories are a big part of Williamsburg’s history but these weren’t scary or gruesome. Just interesting and informative. It would be perfect for kids. If you’re going to do this tour, the extra 30 minutes for the extended tour is well worth it if you’re like us and probably wouldn’t get any of the William and Mary history otherwise. Our dog enjoyed the walk. She’s less of a fan of stops but the stops were quick enough that she tolerated it and the rest of our tour members tolerated her gentle whines to remind us she was ready to keep walking. She was definitely on the scent of something the whole time. Maybe it was a ghost.

We went on the 8pm tour and had a blast. They were very happy to have our dog and the two guides were very excited/disappointed to see who got our pup. Had a blast and would definitely do it again!

Our dog had a lot of fun on the colonial ghosts tour. We learned a lot about the history of the buildings and surrounding areas on the tour. Very cool different experience you can share with your dog
- TommyMay 16, 2021Great outing
I was looking for something different for my wife and I to do while in Williamsburg. and not leave our 2 dogs out, this was a fun evening, and very informative. We did the 10:45 tour and really enjoyed it. I think our dogs did too.

I went with my pup Kola and we didn't have to miss out on any places AT ALL, like it had been with other tours we did in the past due to restrictions. We learned a lot about haunted Colonial Williamsburg (AT NIGHT!) with our amazing guide and I'm so glad I took the chance and did it!!
