C&O Railway Heritage Center

The C&O Railway Heritage Center is a dog-friendly museum in Clifton Forge, VA! Leashed pets are welcome to explore the property, but they are not allowed on the rolling stock or in the buildings. There is no fee to explore the outdoor areas of the museum, as long as owners clean up after their pets. Check out the covered picnic area, which provides shade and space to enjoy refreshments alongside canine companions. Very dog friendly
I did take my Dalmatian into the gift shop and museum, we were invited to by the people working. Maybe it depends on the day. It is not very crowded, although there were other visitors.
