Newport Dog Run

Newport Dog Run is a resident-only pet-friendly space where local dogs can play and socialize in Jersey City, NJ. The dog run is lined with faux grass and is fenced in. It features lighting, benches, waste bags and trash bins. Dogs must be cleaned up after and leashed when entering and exiting the park. The park is not cleared of snow and ice during the winter months. All pups must be licensed. Visit Website

Lots of space!
great place for both big and small dogs (sectioned off). Usually clean, but with such a large place some owners aren’t paying attention and don’t clean up, leaving behind “gifts” from their dog.

Pup Approved
Clean and plenty of shade the hot dog days of summer. A spicket for water but bring your own bowl. Sections for large and small dogs but the pups played together nicely when we were there.
