    RV passing through town.

Very nice dog park once you find it. Was able to get a large RV into the parking lot. We parked next to the hockey rink, tennis court soccer fields. The dog park is about 300 yards from the parking lot. Walk between the tennis courts and baseball diamond. You will see the Mount Shasta garden area, and dog park is right next to it.

    Tucked up under trees

nice stop for our pooch to run amuck.
dusty, pine cones and sap heavy, nice shade.
there was a working faucet just outside the gate nearest the community garden.

Lots Of Dirt And Grass But Not Crowded

Nice park with relatively easy access. To get there, walk away from the rink between the tennis courts and baseball park. It’s next to the community pea patch garden. No grass, but my dogs were happy to run free!

    Lots If Shade And Dirt

Dog park is in the northwest corner of Shastice Park and it’s a ways away from the parking lot. There are 2 fenced enclosures, the 2nd one for small dogs. No grass and the water was shut off. There were no poop bags in the dispensers. In fairness, it’s the middle of a pandemic. Shastice park on whole is very nice

    Dirt and Tall Grasses

The park is set way back away from the parking lot. The grounds are first, leaves, and tall grasses. One picnic table for humans to sit at. Water station is a faucet and bowl. I let my pup go in because we had been traveling in the car for close to five hours and she needed some off leash time.
