Occupying 1,146,000 acres of scenic mountain lands, Plumas National Forest in Quincey, CA is dog friendly. Leashed pets are allowed on trails and in developed recreation sites, but are not in swimming areas. The park features deep canyons, mountain valleys, streams and lakes, meadows, and lofty peaks.
