  Brought my 5 y/o Golden Retriever here and it went well! The store was very busy, but both the clerks and the other customers were super sweet! If your dog gets claustrophobic, it's probably not a great location for your family, but if your dog loves attention, you're in the right spot! There is a cafe here, right inside the entrance, and dogs are not allowed there, but other than that, everything was great! Super cool staff and store!

  Dogs welcome!

  We felt weird walking in with our dog, but luckily someone else walked in with their pooch right in front of us so we felt more assured that it was okay! We had just tried to go to another bookstore/champagne bar that, according to this website, was dog friendly, but wasn’t (I left a review to let people know), so we were leery about this bookstore. Alas, we went in and browsed with our dog while other patrons did the same! Nice environment. I liked their Blind Date with a Book section- so unique!
