Tamanawas Falls

Tamanawas Falls is a wonderful pet-friendly hike whatever the time of year. Located off Oregon Highway 35 in the Mt. Hood National Forest, this snowy 3.5-mile loop takes in Tamanawas Falls, where the water forms a broad curtain from Cold Spring Creek that pours over a lava cliff near the eastern base of Mount Hood. Parking is limited and can be unsafe in extreme weather, so be careful if you decide to visit during winter months. Visit Website

    Great location

only reason why I didn’t give it five stars because the directions on the app do not take you to the waterfall just look up the waterfall on Google maps

    Tamanawas Falls

Looking forward to a beautiful hike w/my dog next week. Haven't been there for decades, but it was great with kids along, so should be wonderful..
