Some portions of D. L. Bliss State Park in South Lake Tahoe, CA, are dog friendly. Fido is welcome in developed areas only, which include campsites, paved roads and paths, dirt fire roads, developed picnic areas, and day-use areas. Dogs aren't permitted on beaches or dirt trails.
