Fort Ross State Historic Park

Leashed dogs are welcome at the main parking area, paved walkways, picnic areas and campgrounds at Fort Ross State Historic Park, a pet-friendly park in Jenner, CA. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted inside any of the buildings on the site or on the trails and beaches. This historic park is there to remember the varied past of the area, including the long formation of the coast, the Kashia Pomo people who have lived here for centuries, the era of Russian colonization, and the Ranch era.
