      Amazing views

      I just found this place after being here over 30 years. What a special find. Just 30 minutes North of Long Beach just off of La Cienega. Incredible views of DTLA, the Hollywood sign and the coastline. What a perfect place for a picnic or just a walk along the paved or unpaved trails.

      Dogs not allowed to go up the hill for the views

      I have been there with my dog, and it would be a great hike for both my dog and myself. unfortunately, the trails going up to the top all day no dogs allowed. Maybe down below there are trails, but most people want to go up to get the view!

      nice escape

      This place is smack dab in the middle of the city, yet feels like you're walking out in nature. Really a great escape. Dogs are not allowed on the Baldwin steps, but that even has a separate entrance than the main park. Dogs can go with you to see the city views in the main park. Parking is free on week days, but daily rate on weekends.

      Beautiful Walk

      Nice for walks and trails. A good place to escape the city with your pup! Good for young and older dogs and amazing views of the city for the humans! Highly recommend it!
