    Playland Beach is a dog-friendly beach located on the grounds of Playland Park Amusement Park in Rye, NY. Dogs are welcome to join their owners on the beach from October 1st until April 28th, before the park is open for the season. There is a limit of 3 dogs for each owner, and dog walking services are prohibited all year round. Make sure you keep Fido on a leash under six feet. Visit Website

      Nice fenced in beach

      No signs saying dogs needed to be leashed and none were. plenty of space to play. there was no double gate as mentioned in previous vommens

      So much fun!

      We made the trip out from Queens and our dog had a blast! All the dogs were friendly and we didn’t have any parking trouble. Wish we could take her all the time, but dogs aren’t permitted in the summer season.

      Great Dog Beach

      This is a real dog beach! Dogs are running everywhere, and there is a double gate entrance to get on (just like a dog park). Only open to dogs off season, but what a great location to make available.
