Connecticut Valley Railroad State Park is a pet-friendly historic attraction in Essex, CT. Open on a seasonal basis between the months of May and December, visitors can experience a 19th century railroad, including an 1892 rail road station, and steam locomotives. Leashed pets are welcome in the section of park which lies north of Route 82.
