Windsor Meadows State Park in Windsor, CT, is dog friendly. This park is home to a quiet pathway along the Connecticut River that stretches for 3.5 miles. One of the biggest draws of the park is the 140 acres of undeveloped Connecticut River floodplain forest, and Fido is permitted to join you as long as they are on a leash.
