Rough River Dam Resort State Park

Rough River Dam Resort State Park, also known as Rough River, is a popular pet-friendly recreation spot in Falls of Rough, KY. Visitors revel in the boating, fishing, disc golf, and hiking opportunities in the area. Take your leashed companion along The Lake Ridge Trail, a one-mile nature trail along the shoreline offering great views of the lake and a variety of open spots for bird watching. For a quieter wander, the Folklore Trail is a 0.7 mile loop and includes an old pioneer cabin.
