Chemin-A-Haut State Park is dog-friendly. The park is located on a high bluff that overlooks Bayou Bartholomew, the longest Bayou in the world, a natural paradise for lovers of unspoiled beauty and once a route used by Native Americans. You and Fido can hop on the Bobcat Trail and check out the area surrounding the water. The fee for entrance into the park is $3 per person. Chemin-A-Haut State Park is open Sunday through Thursday from 6am to 9pm and Friday to Saturday from 6am to 10pm.
