Sandy Point State Park

Dogs are welcome to join their owners at Sandy Point State Park in Annapolis, MD. Located along the stunning Chesapeake Bay with beaches, picnic areas and great views, this pet-friendly park is also popular among dog walkers because of the numerous trails located here. Dogs are allowed to join their owners in the day-use areas of the park during the off-season between October 1 to April 30​. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed during the summer months.
