I have been coming to the state park for years. I enjoy bringing both my dogs, they love the water! I would not recommend personally swimming in the water, for that the water does not get tested. I. The front of the park is where is it busy, the further into the park it more spaced out, quiet, and enjoying it is. Very nice park, highly recommended.
