Dogs are welcome at Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest in Lowell, Massachusetts. The park actually spreads out over three towns, sprawling over 1000-acres of land in total. You and Fido can explore the area on the six miles of pet-friendly trails. There are also a number of ponds, swamps, and wetlands that can be utilized by anglers and boat owners. If you plan on bringing your dog, they must be on a leash under six feet for the duration of their visit and all mess should be cleaned up after them. Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsborough State Forest is open every day of the week from sunrise to sunset.
