The concept of this park is amazing. We loved the fenced in open field and forest path. Unfortunately, we had to stop going due to too many aggressive dogs and owners just not caring what their dogs are doing.

Yeah it's free but it is also full of dog droppings. Like everywhere - the park, the shelter, the trails. If an owner does pickup after their dog it appears as if they just leave the bag wherever. Stopped going because too many owners just don't care and let their dogs do whatever. A lady got knocked over by a dog in the parking lot. I went over to help the lady while the owner took off - offering no help.

This is D’s fav park with his fav friends. Very clean, lots of open space and also some trails to get lost in. Also the humans are pretty cool as well. They even have a group that meets daily.

not only does this park have a fence that completely surrounds it, but it also has a training area and it lets you hike with a dog off-leash. When we brought our puppy here it was AMAZING I VERY MUCH recommend this.

Love bringing my guy here. It's wonderful there is no permit required and it's free. Water is accessible, but dog bags are hit and miss. The space used to be all grass, now there is a large patch of dirt from the dogs. It is probably difficult to maintain, however, it could stand some upkeep. The wooded area is large, and a well worn path the dogs like to run around. I've had great experiences with other owners being attentive to their dogs and minimal fights.

This is land donated by Emily Schweitzer who bred dogs in the kennel and lived in the adjacent home. The open area and trails through the wooded area are very muddy and there are no baggies or receptacles, so be prepared. There is a large dumpster at the end of the parking lot, but nothing in the fenced areas, so many people don't bother to pick up after their dogs. This isn't as nice as other dog parks in the area, but it's free and no permit is needed.
- SwMore than a year agosummer fun
Love bringing my dog here. The grass is back. In the spring it gets a little muddy. Nice fenced trail too if you wanted to take a little hike off leash. Reminder bring your bags to clean up your dogs business and a water bowl. They have water available.

When my dogs get looped up for what ever reason...no matter what the weather they love to run free here
- CdMore than a year agoNeeds to be kept up!
I love going to this park. The only downfall is that when I first started to go, the first half of the park was a nice grassy area that was very welcoming. Now when you go, that area is nothing but dirt. That definitely makes it look run down and not kept up.
