Rosebud Battlefield State Park
Rosebud Battlefield State Park in Busby, MT, is dog friendly. This rolling prairie preserves the site of the June 17, 1876 battle that came just before the infamous, Battle of Little Bighorn. This 3,052-acre park that stands in commemoration of this grim time can be explored by dogs and their owners on the hiking trails. There are also a number of picnic spots where you can have a break and a bite to eat together. Dogs must be kept on a leash and all mess should be cleaned up after them.
