    Way too overly restricted

Locals can't even enjoy the beach with they're animals anymore. It's nasty during the winter and during the summer the restrictions are rediclous.

    Great time!

Before the Friday before Memorial Day your pup can be off their Leash! she has a buzzer in case she tried to disturb others. That nose gets her in trouble sometimes! Overall It was a fantastic experience! She played, ran, dug, and got loves from my passers! This left Delilah completely tuckered 💕

    Overly restrictive

The daily restriction is excessively overbearing and makes it barely usable during the summer months.

    Beautiful beach

Josie enjoyed walking down the beach during February. Dogs must be leashed, but there is no leash length limit mentioned on Kill Devil Hills website. No one said anything about her 50 ft retractable.
