Pets welcome outside and food is excellent. Portions are large so beware. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. *Update* The food is still good and the staff is still great but they NO longer serve ALCOHOL! *

only two parties on the deck and seated at a table for two in the corner and that sat a party of 10 at a table for 6 next to us. oblivious to the conflict. no recommended.

The rooms were close to the water and our shepherd was no issue. Plenty of places to walk the dog and lots of local restaurants and activities that allow pets. The Assateague island doesn’t allow pets even I. The vehicle so that needs to be considered. We scheduled a boat tour at sunset with Captain John and took our dog with us. He was more than accommodating and took the time to explain the area and the islands and there history as well as the history of the ponies.
We were offered a couple of picnic tables out front with no fan and very little room. If you want anything come inside and get it. It is dog friendly sort of, probably ok if you have a very small dog and it’s cool or cold outside, or at night.
The daily restriction is excessively overbearing and makes it barely usable during the summer months.
