Cala el Charco Beach
Cala el Charco Beach in Alicante, Spain is dog-friendly. This small natural beach is made of gravel and rock, so keep an eye on your pooch's paws. The beach is located to the south of the city. The right section is the area that allows dogs. Dogs must be on a leash on the beach and all mess should be cleaned up after them.

A very stony beach with a sharp drop into the sea. Lots of seaweed and plant debris. Parking is tight. Little beach cafe with water for dogs and reasonable toilets. Quite crowded last weekend in June. Dogs have a great time, ours won’t get wet! Take your own poo bags.
