Mount Washington State Park
Dogs can join their owners at Mount Washington State Park in Sargent's Purchase, NH. This state park takes up just over 60 acres on the summit of the Northeast's highest peak. The views are great from the top, and many weaving trails lead to overlooks. Pets are prohibited from entering the Sherman Adams Building Visitor Center, concession and dining areas, and the Cog Railway. Dog owners are reminded to clean up any mess their pooch leaves behind and always keep Fido on a leash.
