    Dog fight

This is a huge park, has a nice splash pad, and is a nice open enclosed area for dogs to run around, but since it is so big people don’t carefully watch their dogs. There was a dog fight between two dogs and then about 8 other dogs joined in all ganging up on one smaller dog. It was scary and I don’t know if i’ll be returning.

    Large Park

Very large park with ample room to roam! splash pad is fun for the dogs on hot days! this park is off leash and some dogs do get a little aggressive! can get very muddy after a rain cause grass is not plentiful.

    Love this park!

Plenty of space for our pup to roam and absolutely love the water park. We are from up north and wish our dog parks were like this! definitely worth the $2 per person to get in.

    great dog park

This park has alot to offer! There is a good size small dog area, a large dog area that is wide open and also a water park area with fountains and sprinklers. There are benches and picnic tables throughout, fresh water stations, waste bags and receptacles. You can also bring chairs or blankets to sit on. Very clean and friendly!

    Nice Spot

new dog park coming oct 2020 per staff. People were not really keeping track of their dogs and it was a bit much for my 4 month old 17pound dog. We could have kept her in the smaller area but there was an aggressive chihuahua in that area also so we took our chances in the larger area. Overall if people would watch their animals more closely this place could have more bones.

    Caution

I've been there a few times. Pay attention to who else is there. A couple of guys were encouraging their Great Danes to attack smaller dogs.

    Adequate Park

I can appreciate how nice it is to have an off-leash park but there was nothing special about it and being a visitor, I had to pay $2 to get into the park. The fenced area is spacious and grassy and there were plenty of garbage bins and bag dispensers which are always a bonus. All in all a good park.

    Nice trails

In addition to the off-leash area, there are several very nice trails in this park, both paved and natural. Beautiful scenery, baggie stations, and restrooms. Well worth the $1 fee!

    Wanamaker County Park Dog Park

My dogs LOVED this park! They have a two-fence entrance so they don't run out when you come and go also there is a seperate fenced in area for dogs 25lbs and less. It's pretty big and almost 100% grass (gave it 4 bones because of muddy areas). It was very clean when I was there, too. Tons of parking and picnic tables as well.
