      We take our dog here for an escape

      We love coming here, it provides such a nice escape from the bustle of Charlottesville. There’s so many gorgeous and well maintained trails, and people are very respectful on this trail in my experience—no off leash and it’s very quiet.

      Great Walking Trails

      If you enjoy walks with your dog in nature, this is the place you're looking for. Extensive selection of trails with varying degrees of challenge levels and length...take your pick! Restroom facilities are clean, well maintained, and easily accessible. Park website offers valuable information, as well as a downloadable map of the trails.
