Blackhawk Plaza is pet-friendly. This mall features a pond, water features, grassy areas and views of nearby hilltops. Dogs are welcome on the restaurant patios and in many stores. They host a Yappy Hour three times a year, too. Blackhawk Plaza is open Monday through Saturday from 10am to 8pm and Sunday 11am to 6pm.
