Great evening activity for dogs.
Our dog was completely welcome, as the tour is outside. It was neat to see some different parts off the usual tourist places and hear the stories. Not scary. No actors, just the guide in character. Be aware that this part of old Québec City is very hilly. The guide waited for everyone to gather at each stop, which was kind for slower folks. The tour starts down on le Petit Champlain, but ended up up up at the courtyard of the Séminaire de Québec, so it is not a loop, and you are walking uphill the whole way, with stops to hear about the executions, tragedies, and murders from real history. There were not many stories about hauntings, so not necessarily the “ghost” tour one might be expecting.
