Best Dog Park We’ve Been To

Great dog park. Hard to find because google maps takes you to just the start of the park. The path to the dog park is at the corner of Auburn Ravine and Kensington Lane. Path is very short and nicely paved.

Two separate areas - small and dog. Nice water hose set up. Nice shade. Grass not bark. Great for throwing chuck-it for the dog as the big dog area is long.

Closed on Tuesday morning for maintenance. Although the workers unlocked it early for us.

One of the best dog parks we’ve seen

    Wrong name

In Lincoln, CA it's on Green Ravine. In Auburn, CA there's a dog park called Ashford Park on Auburn Ravine.

    Nice Park

Sorry that the rowdy mutts ruin your boring time at the dog park. I thought dog parks were for all dogs to run and have fun, but I'm glad they have nice trails for you to walk away with your dog while the other dogs play. Sounds like a win-win!

    Great Park and Parking

This fenced dog park, with sturdy shaded tables, extensive grass, mature trees, and secure fencing is centered in a greenbelt area of suburban homes. The Auburn Ravine area has easy access from street parking on Green Ravine along the greenbelt as well as an offstreet parking lot reached from Moore Rd. Winding paved walkways lead through oak trees and wetland areas to reach the dog park. Divided into small and large dog sections, the park is open daily and is well-maintained. Like any dog park, a few undisciplined mutts can make it a hazardous play area for a few minutes, but more paved pathways extending past the park allow sensible dog owners to walk in wildlife-rich areas adjoining the creek until the rowdy dogs leave.
