Capital Air Express is a pet-friendly tour company based in Manteo, NC. During your dog-friendly tour, you'll hear stories, legends and tidbits that only a local would know from high above the ground where the Wright Brothers first took flight. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to fly uncrated, as long as they’re calm and comfortable in the air. All other pets must be secured in an appropriate crate or carrier.
