FDR Memorial

Allow Fido to accompany you on dog-friendly grounds of FDR Memorial in Washington, DC. The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial is a presidential memorial dedicated to the 32nd President of the United States. The memorial is the second of two that have been constructed in Washington to commemorate FDR and offers leashed dogs the chance to join their owners on the pathways that weave through the area. The popular place also pays homage to Fala, FDR's Scottish Terrier. One of the most famous presidential pets, Fala was often by the president's side and is commemorated by a statue at the memorial.
