Yorba Regional Park is pet-friendly. This linear day use park is one mile long and 140 acres, situated in the mouth of Santa Ana Canyon in the city of Anaheim. The park goes alongside the Santa Ana River. Dogs are welcome to use the trails, as long as they are leashed an all mess cleaned up after them. The park is open every day of the week from 7am to 9pm.
It’s so nice and peaceful. It’s pretty clean, for the exception of lots of goose poop (at times). My dog loves it! It offers lots of shaded areas, different terrain: grass, dirt paths, cement, water. There are tons of squirrels, so if your pup doesn’t like them, it could cause a problem. But overall it is by far our favorite spot.
