  Hidden gem

  We were on a road trip across several states and found this gem. We were the only ones there on the first visit and our doggo met a new friend on the return trip (yes, we PLANNED on this for the return trip). It is right next to a city/county maintenance yard, so we saw a police officer gassing up and also city maintenance workers, so it made the remote location feel a bit safer. The water was frozen due to time of year, so bring water in the winter and enjoy!

  Excellent

  great park, pup got to run, explore and even made friends! parking ok for rv as long as park isn’t busy (requires blocking parking spots). because we travel in rv, parking affects rating.

  Best dog park between LA and NM

  Just stopped at the park en route to Santa Fe from LA. It was such a beautiful setting with the friendliest owners and dogs! Absolutely recommend this park!

  Nice surprise

  Nice dog park. we we’re staying at a local hotel and hunted down the dog park. it’s up on the hill so we had to follow gps. glad we did. there was snow on the ground in areas and our Sophie had never seen the cold white stuff. being from Yuma. Poop bags available, paved paths, benches, and a porta potty for us. We pass this way a couple times a year and will make it a destination.

  Little gem

  clean, grassy, pumped water from the ground, benches, poop bags, some agility equipment.
  There is also a clean Andy Gump for humans in the parking lot.

  Some Much Needed Grass

  I highly recommend stopping here if you’re traveling along I-40. It’s only about 12 minutes from the exit! It’s a great location to let your dogs get some exercise and to play. Its very clean. Some of the agility toys are dated but there is a lot of places to sit.
