Bradley Dog Park

Pups can romp and socialize off-leash at Bradley Dog Park in Peoria, IL. Located towards the back of pet-friendly Bradley Park, near the Peoria Park District building, this fenced, 5-acre dog park offers seasonally available water fountains and convenient waste stations. If Fido still has some energy left, you can clip on his leash and explore the trails and scenery, including a Japanese Bridge, within the larger park. This dog park is also located right off of I-74 so it makes for a nice rest stop for Fido. Visit Website

    Spacious and clean

Well maintained parks, two separate dog parks close to each other but slightly different areas. The bottom one has a bit more shade. Easy on/off from I74, good spot.

    Great people & dogs

This park is hard to find. Use GPS N:40.70792, W:089.62021 for the large dog area where parking is limited. Small dogs were in the mix and people were welcoming. It's a very large area with little shade and good grass in mid September. The small dog area can be seen below as exiting on the paved road 180 degrees from the large dog entry. Downgrade 1 bone for the poop left around. Our dog picked up some soft burrs that we cleaned at home.

    Basic but nice

There are actually two separate dog parks right next to each other in the laura bradley park. Biggest issue was finding the dog park within the larger park as there are no directional signs for the dog park areas. Instead follow the "equipment service" signs to access the southern dog park which is divided into small and large dog sides. Northern park (up the hill past the "equipment service") is not divided and nice and big, but it's right next to 74 on one side. Just for avoiding some of the noise and the eyesore we preferred the lower park! No pass/membership required and right off 74 so good for pups on the road.

    Multiple Parks

Highly recommend. Not just separate areas for large and small dogs, but there are actual separate parks. Keep going! Beautiful, large grounds in general. Plenty of shade in dog park. Running water with plastic pools and a container for drinking. Well maintained and large. Plenty of parking. Trash bins not gross or overflowing.

    Great Small Dog Park

We stopped here on our way back to Minneapolis. Used the small dog side for our Cavalier. We loved it!! Best small dog park we have been to. The people and pets were all friendly and active.

    Nice park

I used this dog park 2 years ago when traveling with our two dogs. The fenced in area provided a nice place for running and retrieving a ball. I used the park again this year in June 2014. I missed the turn for the area I used 2 years ago. However, I found there is now a 2nd section which I found was even nicer than the one used 2 years ago. I would definitely use this dog park again when traveling through Peoria.

    Proud Dog Mom

Having 5 dogs and 3 needing lots of exercise the dog park is a must so we visit on an average every day. The dogs have a blast with their pools and spacious land to run. On the most part we (fellow dog owners) keep the park clean and enjoy the company and association. The only thing we would like to see is some street lights for late nighters whose people work long shifts. My dogs and I love the dog park :)
