Located in West Potomac Park, this 4-acre memorial includes the Stone of Hope, a granite statue of Martin Luther King carved by sculptor Lei Yixin. Pets are allowed around the Tidal Basin and on the grounds of the memorials, but not inside the memorials themselves. Just make sure that Fido’s leash is 6 feet long or shorter.
