    Good Dog Park

2 Favorite features at this dog park
    1. Hose outside of the fenced area to hose off your dog if she/he gets muddy during play
    2. Agility equipment in all three areas

My dog Nova loves to come here. But we have been here when there are no other big dogs for her to run around with. Her most favorite activity at an off leash dog park is to chase other dogs. So it is disappointing when there are no other dogs here

    Not bad?

I like this park because it's within reasonable distance from home when our favorite park is closed, but it's kind of confusing having 2 large dog parks. I never know which one is okay to go in or if one is designated to certain dogs (aggressive, working, etc.) while we're there. It is really big for the pups to run out their energy though! Just wish there was more shade and maybe some signs to let people know. Last time we went in there was a VERY dominate pit in the first one and a lady with a kid in the other but no other dogs so I had to guess which one was okay for me to have mine in. The pit charged me in the first and the ladies dogs were protective in the other (but okay with us). It worked out, but it could've been a bad situation either way not knowing.. Plus, to drive all that way we were NOT turning around without playtime.

    Big dogs

Yes there is three separate areas. But you mays as well say all three are for big dogs. I have a small dog and lately I have to leave because of the big dogs 40+ lb dogs in the little dogs area. I even called parks and recreation, nothing has been done about it. It is a very nice park for big dogs

3 Separate Fenced in Areas for Dogs

There are 3 separate fenced in off leash dog play areas. One is for large dogs, and has an in and out gate to securely transition of the leash to no leash without escaping into the public. One yard for small dogs, same in and out gating system. There is a third yard for owners and dogs who want to focus on long runs fetching a ball, going through a tube obstacle provided or just want some alone time with their dogs without all the mayhem of the more active yards. I have always had good experiences here with owners watching out for their dogs when they get to rowdy and are really good about cleaning up after their pets.
