- BrettMore than a year agoNot Lighted, nice scenic area
The reviews state the park is lighted but it no longer is (people kept stealing the solar panels for the lights so they stop replacing them. Sad.) The park is open past dusk, but everyone leaves once full-on darkness arrives as you can't see anything.
The park has a nice lake only 100ft or so away from the park which adds nice ambiance. The dog park itself is adequate, with a large amount of space, separate small dog area, tennis balls on the ground etc. However, it's virtually all dirt so put out a blanket in your car or it will be extremely dirty on the ride home.
I used to go to Udall Park but moved to the West side of town and now go here. Nice place, but wish it was lighted. I was going to go now but it's going to be dark so I am looking for an alternative.
- Danielle B.More than a year agoNo place to swim
This description says there will be a place for the dog to swim but as far as I could tell there was not. The lake is outside of the dog park and there are signs saying no swimming or wading including pets. The dog park was ok. It didn't have grass or gravel so the dogs get pretty dirty.
