Great dog park - very clean

We were so happy to find this park while staying in Custer! (Thanks BringFido!) The park is divided into large dog and small dog sections. It was great to be able to let Paisley off the leash to run and play ball in the small dog section. We made it a point to take her here every day while we were on vacation. She just loved it! We even stopped here the morning we were leaving to let her run before the long ride home.

    Very clean

Took our dog here after a long day of traveling. The park was very clean and has two separate sides based on the size of your dog. Plenty of room to run and play fetch.

    Beautiful grassy park

Thank You Custer Student! Your dog park is such a great amenity for the town of Custer. Our two Siberian Huskies had a good leg stretching. Because of you we will spend as much money in Custer as possible.

    Good place for exercise

After a long drive this is a good no-frills park. it’s a good size to play ball and run around for a little while off-leash.

    So small; so dull.

We couldn't believe that, in a state of such wide open spaces, they could dedicate only a tiny patch of grass to an off-leash dog park. You can stand in the middle, through a ball for 15 minutes, and then leave. Nothing to see, nothing to sniff, no path for people exercise.

    Great Park

This is a fully fenced dog park with a small dog and a large dog side. It is newly built so the trees do not have a lot of shade yet, but it does have a nice covered pavilion with picnic tables. We stayed in the area two weeks and went to the park almost every day. The only reason I gave it 4 bones was lack of shade.
