  Perfect activity if you have a dog

  This was very enjoyable! It is hard to find activities you can do with your dog and this was perfect. Private float so you don’t have to worry about other people or dogs. It was very peaceful out on the water and our guide was very friendly!

  Dandie Dinmont Terrier’s 1st Float Trip

  Loki and his family love float trips with Black Dog Rafting. First of all, it was cool that they would take our two year old Dandie Dinmont Terrier. Even though he has all his AKC Citizen titles and goes kayaking with me, you never know what to expect in a new situation. Also, my wife hasn’t been rafting since she was in college. Well, Tyler was a great guide and it was a blast for all. We saw various birds including bald eagles and the views of the mountains were amazing! Loki settled in and even was sitting up high by mid trip. Tyler let us know about rocks or rapids so we could reassure Loki. Tyler really knew the Snake River. Since we couldn’t hike trails in GTNP with our dog, this was great. In fact you might say it was better because we could just relax and enjoy the experience.

  So many eagles!

  This was a great relaxing float trip and the guide was so welcoming to my dog. We saw at least a dozen bald eagles including a few juveniles. My dog and I had a great time!

  Dogs loved it

  Loved that we were able to take our dogs on the River with us. We all had a great time and best part we didn’t have to leave our fur babies at the RV
