My dogs in love with this place

He loves the fact we have many places to swim. If one beach area has to many dogs we can move on to the next area. The only downfall is the trails are a little overgrown and you definitely need to wear pants. Great place!

    Be careful with bully breads

It’s a great open space but be observant that people tend not to be responsible and bring pit bulls “to run free”

There are better places to go.

Wanted to try somewhere nrwcbut should have stuck to tried and true Fox River Bluff West in St. Charles which is beautiful with 2 miles of paths along the river with access to the river for swimming and FREE. Came to East branch, spent a bunch if time in the car trying to sign up for a permit online which looked to be $8 for a one day pass but then was going yo be charged and additional $20 -- unsure why because their website sucks for mobile access but maybe because of where I live. Will stick to Kane County where it won't cost $28 to walk my dog for a day. Come our and join us in St Charles at Fox River Bluff!! All are welcome! And it's beautiful!
