The dog-friendly, 1,025-acre Boyd Big Tree Preserve Conservation Area in Harrisburg, PA, straddles Blue Mountain and is the habitat of large trees of numerous species. Leashed dogs are welcome on the trails, as long as they are cleaned up after. The park is open every day of the year, sunrise to sunset. Visit Website

    Puppy Approved

    Great, well marked trails with puppy bags and a trash can at the parking area! We came across at least 6 other dogs out enjoying the woodsy, gravel trails. Nice spring right off the pink/green trail to cool off! Definitely going back.
