  Park Itself is Nice, Locals not so much

  I've never been mad enough to leave a negative review before, but our Pyrenees puppy got attacked here today. First had a rude encounter with one local who made a big deal out of leaving with her dog for safety after getting in my fiance's face to ask if our puppy was neutered. Our two dogs had no issues with any other dogs after she left until another local showed up with either a German Shepherd mix or a Husky mix that immediately went after our puppy. Our puppy tucked his tail and tried to get away while crying, then our puppy tried to stand his ground against the dog and got rolled and pinned. The owner was completely nonchalant about the whole situation and said nothing the whole time while trying to get his growling dog back- no commands to his dog and no apology to us. Our puppy was so scared he peed all over himself. Another local followed us out of the dog park and kinda apologized on his behalf saying that the dog that went after ours had calmed down a lot in the past year... Which means that dog has been around long enough and been enough of a problem in the past to warrant a comment on how he had calmed down.

  Cute neighborhood park
