    Totally Unorganized high priced place

Been there 4 or 5 times in the last year.. Every time we were there, the owners had different prices and rules.
The park now charges $2000 per year.... insane!! Also the park now only allows dogs off leash til 4:30.... that's when most people go to dog parks after work or when the heat is less.. Rules state no aggressive dogs, yet one of the owners Aussies went after our dog twice.. After hurricane Iain, it took months for a small section of the fence to be repaired. Lack of commitment by owners

I would not recommend this park anymore.

I'm not even sure if this park is still open as a dog park, owners were trying to turn it into an outdoor venue for weddings/etc. The dog park is an afterthought and not much of one to be honest. A pass and updated shot record are required to use this park.

In my time there owners stopped caring much about the dog park besides emptying the trash cans. The sprinklers in the pond that are supposed to circulate water were broken or turned off for over a month before I left, snakes were found in the area including in the electrical box that controls the sprinklers. Owners were notified and did nothing. Lots of issues with yellow jackets/bees, and other bugs. Materials and such related to the owners other businesses/hobbies were left out where animals could get into them and possibly injure themselves. Owners have a giant pool for teaching dock diving for dogs but that isn't part of the park either, and is very expensive to use. When I left they were clearing trees on another part of the property to move the dog park area away from the lake and nice established area where it was to another corner of the property way out back.

Owners in general and staff I interacted with were rude for no reason and generally unfriendly. Owner's dogs were over-excited and terrorized some of the meeker dogs who came into the park.

Entrance to this park location is a horribly small windy path through trees that larger vehicles will struggle to get through.

Owners also operate a boarding/daycare/training last I was there but I can't speak to how good it was bc I didn't use it.

I visited this park for several months bc of the pond having circulating water so there was not standing algae/funk, and bc the other park goers were in general nice people with well behaved dogs. It's just a shame it isn't run by people who care about it.

    The best

good preliminary screening to assure dog friendly dog and up to date vaccines. Great layout of dog park. If I lived there I would be a member!! Dog had first swim and played a lot with other dogs. Wonderful.

Very clean park where I felt comfortable at letting my dog run and go swimming in the water. Also had a doggy shower to rinse off my dog w/ a blower. The other dogs in the park were very friendly with my dog as well as people.
