    Interesting place!

We called to confirm dogs could visit and the person working enthusiastically told me “dogs yes, humans no…just kidding, but we are pet friendly.” It’s not a huge place but definitely interesting and very pet friendly inside, throughout.
It’s also down the road from the Kit Carson Memorial Park where he’s buried, and that cemetery is also dog friendly, fyi. We enjoyed our visit to both the cemetery and the house/museum!
